Newsletter #6 – Open House

Open House

Don’t forget that this Saturday, March 1st at 2 PM, we’ll be hosting an Open House for families interested in joining the FNE at the Good Shepherd Catholic School Library. Please invite anyone you think who might be interested.

Timber Wolf Homework

Our Timber Wolves were given a list of South Florida trees at the last meeting for the nature requirement of their Tender Pad Promise Badge. Most of these are trees they have seen when we’ve gone camping. They will be quizzed on these trees at their next meeting. Please remind them to review the list before we meet again. They should also commit to memory their >Timber Wolf Promise, Law, Rules and Prayer. The will need to know those for the Promise Ceremony this Spring.

National FNE Newsletter

The leadership of our FNE Movement have produced the first issue of “The Explorer,” a new newsletter for all the members of the FNE in the USA and Canada. This is a great way for us to get to know our brothers and sisters in our growing movement. We’re now in 15 cities in North America with more on the way!

Otter Campfire

The Otter Campfire that was scheduled for Saturday, March 8th will be postponed for a later date. Please keep Wise Oak and his family in your prayers in this difficult time after the passing of his father.

Next Meeting

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday, March 4th. We look forward to seeing you there!
